For products that are made to your specifications (e.g., Custom Name Neon Signs):

• Approval: You are responsible for ensuring all spellings and design details are correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for errors in the design that you approved.

• Wooden Maps: Please use the provided adhesive tape or mounting kits correctly. We are not responsible for damage to wall paint or wallpaper upon removal of the product.
